166 MONDAY, June 14, 192- HOT. 92 in Moline Reached Detroit on time & went to Ford Motor Co Dearborn. Saw Sorenson for a few minutes only. Spent rest of day with our plows. 6-12" plows had just been received but not set up. we set up 2 of the 12 inch and 1-14" and went plowing. It was very dry and the ground loose and ashy. There were many weeds making it hard to cover. Left Bruce King there. 3 Points need immediate attention on #40 plow 1. Is our jointer equal to others. 2. Take lost motion out of tilt lever. 3. Have more clearance between front of beams and slot in self adjusting hitch. [Passenger's check: Detroit to Chicago]
