THURSDAY JAN. 6, 1949 Keith and I drove to Dubuque today to show Nordenson the drawings and models of the revised MT tractor Elise went to stay at Lee's while Lee went to Dubuque with us to see friends there. We showed Nordenson the drawings. I dont'think that he was much impressed but he readily agreed to give us the parts we may need to build our tractor. Bill Trump & Warren McCaw were with us too. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Just before six Kate telephoned that mother seemed better today. Amy will reach Worcester this evening and Kate said mother was talking to the nurse and pleased to think Amy was coming. Kate does not want us to come on yet but she will let us know how everything goes.
