Hot & muggy 870 SUNDAY JULY 6 1947 Reached Buffalo at 9 on time. The Chrysler (being a gangway car] was off the boat as soon as we were^ and we started off before 910. No 20 is under construction at several points, but we got thru to Auburn, then went to Suracuse (where we wtopped to see MildredTodd) then on #5 to Oneida then"46" south to #20 at Brownsville. We spent the night at the Meyer's Cabins east of Sharon, 40 min brom Albeny. We found a quantity of ripe wild strawberried within 20 feet of our cabin and they were delicious. [Drawing: Cabin]
