Sunday, December 15, 1935 Clear/Cloudy Church alone in morning. Elise and I took Mother Koehler and Sissy Iles to the Outing Club for dinner. We then met Lee at the 220 train. It was so good to see her. She looks the picture of health and is so enthusiastic about everything. She bought home a scrap book on art the showed a real appreciation of art. Elise and I had one of our greatest thrills in seeing how fine Lee is and what a lot she is getting out of life and how much she will amount to.
