Case Co.: Net income, $352,342 com- pared with $2,422,371 in the 1938 fiscal year. Decline in total sales, 17 percent. Deere & Co.: Net income, $7,627,355, compared with $9,469,930 in preceding fiscal year. Net sales, $70,165,235, compared with $79,233,797. Massey-Harris Co. Ltd., Toronto, Can- ada, and subsidiary companies, for fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 1939: Net income, $705,337. Reduction in sales, 9.6 percent, due chiefly to crop failure in Argentina and elimination of sales in Germany.
