194 TUESDAY, JULY 13, 1926 We left Seattle this morning at 9 o'clock on the "Princess Kathleen" of the C.P. line. The sail of 81 miles to Victoria was most interesting. The Olympic mountains rising in impressive spendor. A forest fire was raging along the shore so the atmosphere was hazy. We reachedVictoria at 1245leaving at 2. We walked into the Empress Hotel and uptown and then thru the Parliament Bldgs. The sail of 83 miles to Vancouver was thru straits with land near. A strong breeze made quite a heavy sea.
