Elise & I went to church. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Letter from Bill "Villa Alésia is merely a small private street off the Rue Alésia - at no 111 you enter by a gate which is closed every night except for a side walk entrance. Villa Alésia is listed on all larte Paris maps, there is no trouble about finding it. - - - - I"ve been doing mostly drawings this last week and feel they are the best things I've done to date which isnt saying so much at that. We had supper the other night with a nephew of Picasso who is a painter my age and very pleasant to be with. Today Maria takes Mrs Dean Acheson to see Picasso incognito, as Picasso is a communist, altho a very strange one, being one of the richest men in France. I'm going to Belgium in in June now to see May Sarton for a day of two and Vezelsy this week end. But aside from these two trips I expect to stay in Paris mostly, as one does not work as well running around even though SI have the car now, so that this is really the tine. ------ I'm going to go to the Leger School of Art, did I tell you, to get my G.I. bill money.
