Monday, January 10, 1938 Meeting of Q.D. Committee all afternoon following present: [Signatures: Elmer McCormick Merlin Hansen T W Johnson George B. Hill Frank J.Court M. H. Tuft O. J. Drennan W. J. Coultas Theo Brown] I brought out the fact that in folder it states draw bar never has to be removed. Should that "A" draw bar being 2" wider than others does have to be taken off. It was decided that McCormick lay outdraw bars for A + B tractors just like G same widthetc and same then layouts by submitted to the different members of the Q.D. committee as they can get approval of their own organizations. When the approvals have been obtained then a meeting will be held with McCormick and adecision reached as towhetherit canbe done. This should be known by Tractor Works by April 1st. With this change it should not be necessary to have Q.D. drawbars as AWH + BWH tractors can be treated as special cases and draw barstaking off if needed.
