Caption: One of the phases of training at Fort Belvoir's Engineer-Ordnance ROTC summer camp, "Theater of Operation Construction", involved cadets actually constructing a small wooden building. In this picture, Capt. Vito D. Stipo (center) instructs a group of cadets in reading their blueprint, prior to the beginning of work on the project. Each platoon of the four Engineer companies, erected a building.
