Bill & I saw Dick Sunderbrook about reproducing Bills European War drawings, about 80 in all. Dick is to make a megative 4x5 and blow the pictures up to 8x10 on Azo G. Double weight pater at $150 for negative and three prints of each. It may take two months for him to do them. Linwood Murray is retiring from Deere & Co tonight after 34 years service here, almost all the time with me. I'm sorry to have him go but as he is 74years old one cant say anything. He is a gentleman and always fair and pleasant. Elise and I stayed at home to see the New Year come in. Bill flitted in and out to the Couches & Roys -
