The COVID-19 pandemic has changed human migration patterns. Working with an investment firm, our goal was to visualize real estate investment data in the United States to view changed migration patterns. Our team used Agile Scrum methodologies to develop a Jupyter Notebook and PowerBI dashboard to provide visuals of migration patterns, including key demographics like age and median income, in 2020. The data will allow our sponsors to predict foot traffic at different home improvement stores allowing the company to improve their real estate investments.
