"On today's computers, MP3's are currently the most popular medium to listen to music. A drawback to this is that users must be confined to listening to these MP3's while they are at their computer. To remedy this, a device that takes advantage of the high speed USB connection will allow a user to stream MP3's to a device that will decode and transmit them over an FM signal, allowing users to listen to music from anywhere in their house."
