Producing Theatre presents the results of my work as the Executive Producer of Frankenstein, an original adaptation for the stage that premiered at WPI in November 2001. My work began nearly a year before the play reached the stage and my efforts revealed three key factors necessary to producing: communication, preparation, and organization. My project report presents the results of my work and a compendium for future producers at WPI.
