Have you ever wondered why a gecko can walk up a glass window? The gecko foot-hair is a unique structure, with a wide scope of applications. This MQP examines manufacturing and mechanical properties of Y junction carbon nanotubes by CVD growth as a building block to mimicking gecko foot-hairs.
