CBAS: Competitive Bidding Analysis System was created in order to counter problems that occur with the current bidding system at Lockheed-Martin; it can be applied to any business that uses a bidding system. CBAS creates a simple, consistent system in which projects are compared to one another. Through comparison CBAS determines whether or not to bid on a project from a score generated by data inputted into the system. This system also generates an estimated bid price for the users.
