This project consists of a uniquely designed 604 space parking facility for the American Skiing Company. The site is located adjacent to the Jordan Grand Hotel, which serves the clientele of Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel, Maine. The design's distinctive features include a 56-foot load bearing retaining wall, and an attractive arch shaped layout. In addition to the technical design data, design drawings and a construction cost estimate are included.
