This IQP builds on the work of a previous IQP, "Building a Sustainable Volunteer Infrastructure Connecting Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Local Community-Based Organizations". In this project, the feedback and data collected from the previous IQP were incorporated to recruit and design a program altered features of the program such as the method of communication, frequency of volunteering, and duration of volunteering. In addition, surveys were given to the volunteers to provide any feedback that could be used to further improve the volunteer program for future iterations of this program.
