Deutsche Bank's ReEngineering group is responsible for introducing platforms and processes to improve the contribution of technology to the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. ReEngineering sponsored this Major Qualifying Project to streamline its scheduling processes. To accomplish this task, we identified organizational demands, researched available technology, and analyzed the department's existing protocols. This process yielded a technological solution, which was implemented within a pilot group. We presented our results and recommendations for future growth and sustainability to senior management.
