This project sponsored by Daniel Prouty and Millyard Industrial Properties will explore and document the beginning stages of project development and possibly give a first-stage site design of an Age-Restricted housing development located in Charlton, Mass. This development will follow all rules and regulations for the town of Charlton. If completed, it will be submitted to Dan Prouty and possibly the town planning board for review and approval.
