Student Work
Teaching Programming Technique
PublicThis project was created with the goal of increasing basic knowledge of programming and increasing interest in programming in high school and middle school aged children. To achieve this goal, we designed a program to teach the user some of the basic concepts of programming and object oriented thinking and created a study to measure the effectiveness of the program. We achieved an average increase of 20% in basic knowledge of concepts we taught and a mild increase in interest.
