Value Stream Mapping is a lean manufacturing tool, which is used to expose waste in production of a company called Priorclave. This project's main focus is to examine the current state of Priorclave production procedures and to recommend methods, which will cut waste in production. Overproduction, long set up times, and lack of organization in assembly are the prime reasons for waste in production at Priorclave.
