Currently CS2135 "Programming Language Concepts", takes an "over-the-hood" approach to the Scheme programming language. This project helped to develop an "under-the-hood" course covering the same material through the use of an evaluator developed by the MQP team. This report describes the development processes of both the project and the course that was run during C Term 2000.
