Validation of the Pall OenoFlow filtration system in wine and juice applications at E&J Gallo Winery -- Modesto Facility Public

Filtration is a fundamental process in wine manufacturing. When installing a new filtration system it is imperative that it runs by specification and keeps the integrity of the wine that [is] normally produced by [the] other filtration system. In February of 2006 Gallo Modesto installed and tested three OenoFlow Filtration Systems. This study evaluates the performance of the OenoFlow Filtration System at Gallo Modesto.
