The Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management Service at the Fidelity's Boston Massachusetts site were using a system that did not meet their business needs. The WPI team developed a solution by working closely with managers through system analysis, planning, and design (SDLC System Development Life Cycle). The application was created in Java and DB2 with WebSphere, this new system was implemented providing the managers with a centralized database. The new system meets the requirements and approval of Fidelity Investments with flexibility for future development.
