This project created a unified genetic database viewer and file parser for Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives. The viewer integrated three available genetic databases into one by using them as a backbone for the other two. This integration feature can be expanded in the future to unify more electronic databases. The flat file parser converted available data into useful information placed in relational database tables. Recommendations were also made for the future uses of the database and the integration of a genetic simulation tool.
