We developed a system to monitor and manage parking resources in the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts. The system includes a database, Geographical Information System map layers, and a set of standard operating procedures to collect and organize data on the city's on-street and off-street parking resources. We also performed a trial integration of our system to optimize performance of the system and demonstrate its analytical capabilities to the City of Cambridge.
