This project is a client-server framework based on concepts developed by previous MQPs that allows distributing large computations among networked computers. Users wishing to assist in a computation download a Distriblet from a computation server. The Distriblet then receives and processes individual pieces of a divided computation. As the Distriblet completes processing pieces, it transmits the results to the Computation Server. This Distriblet system successfully allows computations to be distributed among a set of machines yielding improved performance.
