State Departments of Transportation across the country are looking for cost effective asphalt pavement recycling techniques. Full Depth Reclamation is a method of recycling that utilizes in place recycling to produce an improved base material. The need is present to develop a method for designing a good performing stable Full Depth Reclamation mix.
