This project aims to explore new and compelling ways to tell the story of Albania’s native grape varietals to a diverse group of restaurant patrons within the restaurant industry. Our team was sponsored by the RRNO Foundation, which focuses on promoting and preserving Albania’s food and wine culture. We conducted multiple interviews, administered surveys, and analyzed wine reviews to assess attitudes toward Albanian wines. To help tell the story of Albanian wines, we developed an educational tool about Albanian grape varietals for restaurant servers and tour guides, as part of a larger wine curriculum designed by the RRNO Foundation.
