Development of a mix design system for use in full depth reclamation of asphalt pavement and base materials

Public

This study concerns the development of a mix design procedure for full-depth reclaimed asphalt pavement base materials. Bulk specific gravity and resilient modulus data were used to determine optimum additive content. Rutting tests were used to provide durability data for each additive. These tests were found suitable for designing full-depth reclaimed mixes.
