Design and implementation of the Chemlogger system and interface

Public

Microbar Incorporated of Sunnyvale, California, is a company that provides photo lithography and copper-plating chemical delivery, as well as waste collection and tracking technologies, and sponsored this project. This project involved the design and implementation of an embedded system, the Chemlogger, that monitors environmental temperature and tilt encountered by the chemical container to which the Chemlogger is attached. When the Chemlogger is inserted in the Microbar chemical-delivery system, it uploads the collected data via infrared wireless communications.
