Online Course Management Systems (CMS) are widely available but only designed to cater to the needs of organizations. Internet availability and affordability has increased recently. Web host are affordable by individuals. These conditions exist, but there is no CMS available in the mainstream market for individuals to utilize. This project satisfies the need by creating a thematic CMS known as the Studying Park, which is easy to operate and provides various learning and communications tools common to a CMS.
