This report contains the detailed elements of the Enhanced Audio Tuner program. The Enhanced Audio Tuner program includes the ability to record, play back sound, and determine quantitatively the frequency of the sound. It compares this frequency to the chromatic scale, displays note and octave information along with the out-of-tune level. It displays a sequence of notes based on quarter note timing. The resultant program is restricted to single note inputs. A sequential change in notes requires X amout of time for stabilization.
