Candidates of mig-10 signal transduction pathway

Public

mig-10 is a signaling molecule of the nervous system, but the mechanism of its signal transduction pathway is unknown. The analysis of the interaction of mig-10 with candidate molecules can determine whether they are involved with the same signaling pathway. From the data gathered, it is expected that the molecules tested are not involved in the same pathway as mig-10. This narrows future searches for candidate molecules that interact with mig-10 in the signal transduction pathway.
