Our project was focused on metadata management for Allmerica Financial Corporation's subsidiaries, The Hanover Insurance Company and Citizens Insurance Company of America, within the Financial Services operating segment. The primary objective of this project was to develop a system to track the valid values of the current system and allow documentation of old and new values produced from monthly reports. Overall, this system will increase profits by improving internal efficiency, open process bottlenecks, and produce documentation for the business processes.
