Student Work
Fire Management Plan
PublicThis report is focused on Mae Ping National Park, a protected area in northern Thailand suffering from bushfires. Our sponsor tasked us with finding sustainable solutions to aid the local community against wildfires. The highlights of our findings include a website combined with an application that can automatically send updates to members of the community regarding fires, wind, and air quality, as well as the promotion of the cultivation of termite mushrooms. With these deliverables we hope to promote a safer, less polluted environment.
