Caritas - Hong Kong, a social service organization with an interest in education, is concerned about the weak English skills of Springboard Program students and for this reason sponsored this project. The goal of the project was to develop more effective teaching materials and provide suggestions for the future development of the Springboard English as a Foreign Language Program. Several new EFL leaching modules were developed and tested based on an evaluation of student and teacher needs.
