This project, sponsored by the Caritas Adult and Higher Education Services in Hong Kong, reviewed the complaints about the original Caritas website and provided a replacement website that incorporated changes in line with the evaluation of websites developed in the WebQual system, and consistent with the needs of Caritas, as revealed from focused interviews with key Caritas staff and students.
