Online identity and presence, e-commerce and the philosophy of peer to peer computing have been identified as the shaping elements of a new online economy. As the importance of networked interaction and online transaction systems increases, so does the need for technology that provides a complete system that adequately integrates these ideas. This project examines the requirements for such a system and provides a useable reference implementation.
