Six Sigma is a business tool that is being used today by many well-known firms worldwide. The main goal of Six Sigma is continuous improvement, education, and success. Avery Dennison is one of the many companies using Six Sigma theories to improve the quality of their business. This project aided the Holliston, MA, Distribution Center by implementing a training program also benchmarking one of its projects to help other facilities in their improvement strategies.
