New business development : re-engineering procedures and operations at Scrubb n' Buff automotive reconditioning

This project is an examination of the processes and procedures of Scrubb n' Buff Automotive Detailing for the purpose of cost reduction and increased revenues. Operational procedures and processes are formally defined and facilitated to employees through a training manual. Materials and chemicals are evaluated and reduced by 50% leaving only the highest quality supplies in use. Worker compensation structures are analyzed resulting in a compensation structure that absorbs a fixed 50% of the generated revenues.
