NASA scientists specify goals for what data they want selected and returned to earth from a spacecraft. Software agents, called evaluators, accomplish those goals in space. This MQP designed and implemented methods, languages, and interfaces for easy creation and reuse of evaluators by scientists. Evaluators can be specified in restricted natural language, a domain-specific formal language, or a graphical user interface.
