In order to transfer experimental data over an unreliable network connection, Dr. Todd Valentic of the SRI Center for Geospace Studies group, created the Data Transport Network. Our project built upon this transport network, adding the capability to control, schedule, and view results of instruments at remote sites from any SRI site in the world. The final product has a web-based front end that allows users to easily create and schedule experiments, and configure and view result displays.
