ASSISTments is a free online math education platform for K-12 students and teachers operated by Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the ASSISTments foundation. This Major Qualifying Project (MQP) consisted of several design tickets and sub-projects, all relating to the ASSISTments Foundation and associated projects. In this MQP, I worked alongside full-time employees in an Agile environment to improve the student and teacher user experience of products in the ASSISTments foundation. In the first sub-project, I designed a feature to visualize mastery of math standards in the student experience. In the second sub-project, I completed user discovery on an adaptive assignment feature. In the third sub-project, I conducted accessibility testing on the teacher experience of the platform.
