This project automated the processes used by the Literacy Volunteers of Greater Worcester to store its information on students and tutors, as well as creating matches, and generating various reports. The automation of these tasks, using Microsoft Access software, increases productivity and shortens waiting lists. Also the reports can be used to send data to the Boston office where the statistics are used to show productivity and increase funding for the non-profit organization.
