FLEXcon Co., a pressure sensitive converter, has been a leader in providing pressure sensitive solutions to customers for over 45 years. Their operations included coating and drying, both valuable chemical engineering operations. Using mathematic theory and a computer model, calculated values were found and compared to measurements taken during machine processing. The information gathered provided FLEXcon Co. the ability to analyze and approximate optimization parameters and increasing productivity.
