La Compañía para el Desarrollo Integral de la Península de Cantera (CDIPC), a community outreach organization in Cantera, Puerto Rico, struggled with organization of project data and evaluation of project progress due to limited resources. We created a system of centralizing data within the company and created a plan to analyze projects using metrics to measure progress towards project goals.
