A survey of supersymmetric quantum mechanics
PublicThis project complements two review articles ("Supersymmetry and Quantum Mechanics," Phys. Reps. 251, 267-385 (1995) by Cooper et al. and "Supersymmetry, shape invariance and exactly solvable potentials," Am. J. Phys. 56, 163-168 (1988) by Dutt et al.) in providing a self contained and simplified survey of supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM). The afore-mentioned articles are extended in two ways; firstly, a detailed derivation and presentation of the properties of shape invariant potentials is given, and secondly, we have applied SUSYQM to non-exactly solvable problems.
