The Client Services team at Kana Communications, Inc. has the difficult task of migrating external data from legacy systems into the Kana System. The suite we developed for Kana simplifies this task by offering Kana Category Transport, a Java-based tool that translates Kana's Business Objects to and from XML documents. As a supplementary tool, Kana Migrate converts a directory structure of text files into a properly formatted XML document, which can then be transported into the Kana System.
