To improve its website as an online marketplace, eBay, Inc. wants to know exactly how its customers use eBay.com. We designed and implemented a system that allows eBay to track its users' behavior. Using the data generated by the system, eBay will be able to discover the patterns of user activity and the effectiveness of each website feature to encourage money-making events. With this information, eBay can make informed decisions regarding modifications to their site.
